Tell HN: JumpCloud 2FA appears to be down

It seems to me that authorization services like JumpCloud should always provide some way to contact support when you are locked out.

Otherwise, how can one obtain support? Or notify them of some issue?

Does anyone happen to know where I can send an email to let them know? JumpCloud's status page shows all normal, of course.
