I feel like this describes most companies anywhere. It’s easy to fantasize about work culture looking like big tech companies in America. But most companies have difficult situations, lots of ambitious employees, pay that’s not great, and it ends up creating various problems as everyone tries to look out for themselves. Only the very richest companies in the richest countries can afford to be something different.
