I'm a data analytics and tracking consultant by day. Built this for my own projects and decided to productize it.

I'm testing two things at the same time:

  - Business model: one-time payment in an industry that's naturally subscription-based
  - Technical architecture: automated DevOps on your infrastructure (think ServerPilot or Laravel Forge, but for serverless setup, so on ongoing maintenance)

Tech details:

  - Minimal tracking script, cookieless by default
  - First-party tracking from your subdomain out of the box
  - Web installer provisions everything using a one-time API token, I don't need ongoing access. Once this is installed it becomes part of the user's infra
