Hey HN — I built this after getting tired of vague bug reports like “it’s broken” from users.

FeedbackOtter is a small widget you add to your site. When a user reports a bug, it captures:

- a screenshot of the page

- console logs

- network requests

So you can actually see what happened instead of guessing.

I’m using it on my own SaaS right now and it already saved me a few hours of back-and-forth.
