I just looked it up and the Burj Khalifa is finally attached to the sewage system. For years a convoy of tankers would pump out its sewage and dump it in the desert.

It is a very nice looking building though. I had nice drinks at the window on a floor close to the top (or top? I have no idea). We had to order an expensive bottle of champagne as a bribe to get the window. View at night was hypnotic and knowing that they would have to ship my piss to the desert the next day amusing.
