Built this github app over the weekend. The idea is simple: maintainers can require a small refundable deposit before accepting PRs. The deposit amount depends on the contributor's reputation score. Trusted contributors pay nothing.

For legit PRs they get their money back, for low effort/spam PRs = maintainer keeps it.

Figured it might help with the PR spam problem some projects deal with. No idea if anyone would actually use it but wanted to see what people think.
