I built CleanCloud, an open-source CLI that finds orphaned cloud resources using read-only APIs. Safe for production.

12 rules shipped (6 AWS, 6 Azure):

AWS: Unattached EBS volumes, old snapshots, CloudWatch logs with infinite retention, untagged resources, unattached Elastic IPs, detached ENIs.

Azure: Unattached managed disks, old snapshots, unused public IPs, untagged resources, empty App Service Plans, Standard LBs with no backends.
