would we see age verification proxies?

the proxy service would verify you, by whatever means, and send whatever signal that means yes this is an adult, without passing on user data, allowing you to surf without nags.

3rd party verification perhaps?

rather than "sign on with [FANGS]" it would be "sign on and age verify with [FAANGS]"
