Show HN: Workout app for when you're short on time

https://apps.apple.com/il/app/quickworkout-tap-train/id6757982958
2•Benboren•1h ago
Hey everyone,

The problem: My schedule is unpredictable. Some days I have 25 minutes, some days an hour. Every workout app assumes I have the same time every day. I don't.

So I built QuickWorkout.

Tell it your time, get a workout. 15 minutes or 90 - it generates a balanced routine that actually fits.

Swap exercises instantly. Bench taken? One tap, equivalent exercise, same muscles targeted.

Weight logging that doesn't suck. One tap, auto-suggestions based on your history, progress tracking.

Pricing: Free to download, 3 free workouts, $9.99/month for unlimited.

Link: https://apps.apple.com/il/app/quickworkout-tap-train/id67579...

Would love feedback. What's missing?

If you exercise, it does not matter what you do and how often.

If you train, you have specific number of time slots that are fixed at specific times in your schedule and nothing goes over them. You track your progress in a spreadsheet.
