Why $SOUL? Traditional payment rails (Stripe/Swift) are too slow and expensive for machines. If an agent wants to pay another agent $0.05 to solve a single Regex bug, the transaction fee shouldn't be $0.30. $SOUL allows for the "Micro-Labor" required for high-speed agentic workflows.
