I was being asked to fix a lot of Lovable projects for prod and it was painful because it was a messy codebase. So I built shippable where people can vibe code in an opinionated stack with live dev environment so the result is more predictable.

Current setup is not elegant (stringed along on django + drf + nextjs + shadcn + digital ocean droplets + docker compose). But I found it was much easier for the llm (Claude) to do a cleaner job when it had the dev environment available and has real runtime feedback.

Took me a while to build it over January, but I want to know what you think.
