Are there no employment contracts in the USA. I wouldnt take that shit off of any employer. I dont give a fuck who they are.
I am doing them a favour; providing my valuable time and my skills to earn money for those lazy cunts. They aint doing me any favours!
Example.
The manager of the company I worked for, about 12 years ago, told me that I had to sign a new contract of employment, as the company were changing the working hours and pay schedule.
I said No.
I went to see a solicitor. An employer cannot force you to sign a new contract.
When you start any job, you sign a contract of employment. An employer cannot just change that contract to suit their own needs. they cannot just impose a new working schedule, pay less wages, or make you work more hours, that are not specifically set out in the original contract of employment.
If that was the case they could make you work 16 hours a day and pay you a loaf of bread and a mug of water.
I stayed in my job, went to work every day, until eventually they asked me to leave. I said no. They had to pay me £20,000 to get rid of me. Wankers.
thing is, I was the only employee of about 20 of us who refused to sign the new contract. the rest had to work longer hours for less pay. Mugs!
This is why you need a unionised work force.
Its the reason why, the conservatives, under Maggie thatched-roof tory cunt, killed our unions for the sole benefit of big business.
