Stripe then released funds for my smaller sub-account, confirming my identity/KYC is valid. 4. However, for my main account (HKD 93,397 / ~$12k USD), the payout remains blocked. 5. Support is now ignoring the Jan 12 approval and re-sending the rejection template from 2 years ago.
