Instead of planning a podcast episode in advance, I want to build one entirely from articles submitted here.

What I’ll do: • Select a subset • Adapt them into a structured two-host dialogue • Generate the episode • Publish it • Share the result back in this thread

Can podcast production become as fast and composable as publishing blog posts?

If this works, I’ll repeat weekly and publish metrics.
