Let me get this right: a man who was an intravenous heroin addict for over a decade, and who recently claimed to be unafraid of germs because he did cocaine off of toilet seats, is giving health advice to Americans, promoting red meat, a well-known cause of cancer, and raw milk, a significant risk to the health of anyone who consumes it.

As we know, these are not tax dollars saved. MDM, animal and human drug submissions are fee-based. Are those companies excited about their studies being processed this way? Are fees going down?
