I've always found the sidebar on YC's YouTube videos super helpful; it gives you a clear sense of what's covered.

When I was putting together my YC application video, I wanted the same thing. Figured it was faster to build an app than learn editing. So I Claude-coded one.

You drop in a video, title your sections with timestamps, and it generates a video with a sidebar that highlights each section as it plays.

It did the job for my application, so figured I'd share it in case anyone finds it useful.
