Looking for Founding Engineers – Esbern

1•mochi_codes•1h ago
Technical roles only.

Must be able to ship: code, infra, AI/LLM, API. Location: Will happen either in Los Angeles or San Francisco (In-person needed - Full commitment needed) Type/structure: Working together with 5 other genius programmers. Founding Team / Equity

Compensation: 5% equity + $100/day (For 60 days until investors onboard then pay raises) + $$$$ Bonus as backpay once ARR reached.

Timeline: 60-day sprint to MVP, then bring investors

THE MISSION We're ending the tool monopoly. We are unifying all the startups/small/medium SAAS/Tools into a unified native space where an AI layer brain operates seamlessly between all the tools via deep API. We can talk about the HOW and the structured plan approach during meetups.

For too long, Microsoft, Google, and every big corporate SaaS company has either bought or suppressed smaller SaaS companies. We are looking to end that, once in for all and put an end to money sucking corporate America. Unifying, giving the people a fighting chance against corporations.

The plan: Esbern is a unified native OS that makes EVERY tool work together under one native interface via API. AI-powered brain.

THE OFFER If you believe you can change the world. If you're crazy enough to believe it, together with other crazy people including me can hopefully change the world for the better.

5% equity, stock options later on.

$100/day for 60 days - Survival money during MVP build (Until we get investors for pay raises) Backpay Cash Bonus - Paid when we hit ARR, talk about the details on meetup.

Market salary after funding - Competitive pay rates and options once we close investors (45-60 days) Founding team status - Your name in the history books

THE CATCH This is war, not a comfortable job. 60 days, all in. $100/day won't cover your SF rent. You need to believe we can actually tear down the old system and build something better. If we succeed: You helped end Big Tech's tool monopoly + generational wealth

If we fail: $4,500 AKA $100 per day, meet some crazy people, battle scars, and the new knowledge gained.

WHO WE WANT People who are ANGRY that Big Tech has controlled tools for 20 years, F>> corporate America.

Builders who think "impossible" just means no one's done it yet. Crazy enough to believe 5 people can change the entire industry/world Based in LA or SF (we're building this in person)

Show us your GitHub, deployed projects, or technical portfolio." Technical people only: Engineers who can BUILD: apps, AI/LLM integrations, API, infra etc…. Non-technical roles = don't apply.

APPLY Send to: info@esbern.com We can discuss about ourselves and how we got to this plan. We have a structured plan to go to market quickly using public API and existing tool stack people already use to enter the market and gain momentum.

Include: GitHub profile if any, linkedin profile Do you believe in our mission? Why What's your technical superpower (Frontend, backend, full-stack, AI/ML, infrastructure, integrations, etc.?) What do you specialize in? Drop links if any.

Can you start in the next 2 weeks? Where are you located?
