If you can use proper Capitalization following punctuation in the title, why not the rest?
1. It's an accessibility issue, it makes readability hard. Where does one sentence stop and the next begin?
2. It's not professional, is this really how you want to present yourself when trying to get a job?

for the moment, i think only titles need proper capitalization. as for punctuation, it should be correct in the post.

The whole thing needs proper capitalization. The next generation is not going to be able to redefine this because they are lazy and want to sound "casual"
It looks unprofessional, not casual, but you do you and the job market will sort things out
