One man's slop is another man's treasure.

I remember people saying Instagram will be filled with AI slop reels.

I'm seeing massive likes and engagement for AI reels on IG. Many of them have millions of views and hundreds of thousands of likes. Dancing bears? Dancing Trump? Cat kung fu? People seem to love them.

I have been testing it.

Verdict: Generates generic bland slop proficiently. Very strong inclination to generic pop, no matter how instructed. Is way behind other music generators. Very similar to when first AI music generators appeared, but with better sound quality.

I'm sure Gemini will improve quickly. They launch these early to test with users.
