I wrote this after seeing the news this week about Klarna dropping Salesforce and Workday for their own internal AI. It got me thinking about SaaS valuations and whether the traditional "per-seat" moat is actually breaking down now that LLMs can just sit on top of raw databases. Curious what people here think.
