Most legal-tech products are enterprise-focused, expensive, and not localized for Indian contract norms.
Stack:
HTML/CSS/JS frontend
n8n backend workflows
LLM-based clause extraction & risk flagging
Cost optimized to keep infra under ₹500 total
Biggest challenge wasn’t coding but:
Designing prompts to detect liability clauses
Keeping token usage low
Structuring consistent outputs
Current status:
Early users
No revenue
Mixed but encouraging feedback
Criticism received: “Why wouldn’t users just use ChatGPT?”
Still figuring out strong differentiation.
Would love feedback from builders who’ve worked on LLM-based vertical tools.
Important Strategy Advice
Now I’m going to be blunt.
If you want reach:
Hacker News → post in morning US time
LinkedIn → rewrite hook stronger
Indie Hackers → include real numbers
Medium → optimize headline for SEO
And most importantly:
Reply to every single comment.
Engagement > initial reach.
