I built mindpm to solve a problem I kept running into with Claude Code and other AI assistants: every new session loses context. What are we working on? What did we decide last time? Where did we leave off?

mindpm is an MCP server that gives your assistant persistent memory — tasks, decisions, notes, and session summaries stored in a local SQLite database. It also spins up a Kanban board at localhost:3131.

Works with Claude Code, Cursor, Cline, Copilot, and Windsurf — they all share the same database.
