Hey HN – solo founder here, built this from scratch starting last September with no coding background.
Axiom Refract analyzes a codebase and produces a complete architectural record — structure, dependency relationships, risk, dead code, single points of failure, compliance posture. Human-readable and machine-readable output.
The problem I kept seeing: architecture knowledge lives in the heads of 2-3 engineers. Someone leaves, gets acquired, or AI agents start contributing code — and that tribal knowledge disappears with no record it existed.
This produces that record automatically.
Built on top of Cerebrum Cadre, a multi-AI coordination system I've been developing. Happy to talk about the tech, the architecture, or the "I didn't know how to code 6 months ago" journey.
