Show HN: ArcticKey – Managed Redis (Valkey) Hosted in the EU

Hey HN,

I built ArcticKey because I kept running into the same problem: every managed Redis provider stores your data in the US, and the "EU region" options are usually afterthoughts with worse performance or limited availability.

ArcticKey is a managed Redis-compatible database (built on Valkey) hosted entirely in EU data centers (Germany). Swedish company, GDPR-native, no data leaves Europe.

What it does:

• Drop-in Redis replacement — works with any Redis client, BullMQ, Sidekiq, Celery, etc. • Sub-millisecond latency • Free tier (64MB, no credit card) • Paid plans from $9/mo with backups and persistence

I built this mainly for the EU developer community who need Redis but don't want to self-host or deal with US-based providers for compliance reasons.

Would love feedback on the product, pricing, and what's missing. Happy to answer questions.
