Sounds a lot like compelled speech to me (and knowing these goons it's exactly what they want). This isn't just 'you have to sell me the aluminum you make,' it's 'you have to write custom software for me to do my evil bidding,' when the whole company was founded on a moral compunction against doing that very thing.
