App Update: I added a Resume Roaster because my 150 launch users disappeared

A few weeks ago, I launched Refine.tools (a local-first, anti-SaaS career toolkit) and got about 150 of you to try it. It was glorious. I felt like Mark Zuckerberg for about 12 hours.

Then everyone vanished. I assume you all instantly got jobs at FAANG companies using my tool. You're welcome.

Since reality is probably that job hunting still sucks and you just forgot about me, I spent the last few weeks building some new, slightly more aggressive features to try and win you back:

1. The Resume Roaster: Because sometimes the AI needs to stop being polite and just tell you that your objective statement sounds like it was written by a 19th-century poet. 2. STAR Story Builder: To help translate "I did stuff" into "Situation, Task, Action, Result" without staring at a blank screen for an hour. 3. Resume Examples: Because I realized giving people a blank canvas is terrifying. 4. Follow-Up Email Generator: For when you're ghosted and need to send a "just checking in" email that walks the fine line between persistent and restraining order.

It’s still 100% free, local-first (IndexedDB), and zero-tracking.

If you're still looking for a job (or just want the AI to brutally roast your PDF), I'd love for you to give the new tools a spin.
