Author here.

I started experimenting with this pattern after noticing how much better recent models have become at generating small pieces of working code on the fly.

The experiment is slow and messy, but it made me wonder what changes when the model stops being just another library and starts behaving more like the execution environment itself.

Curious how far people think this direction could go. In five years, how many applications might actually treat the model as part of, or all of, the runtime?
