With the strange position of French philosophy in the anglosphere I guess the right needs a French philosopher. I mean, you see popular books about French theory in normal countries, like Japan, but because the French colonized Britain, English is packed with high-fallutin' words from French (L'Ensemble, Quotodien, ...) that make undertranslated texts reek with assumed superiority, French theory puts the "gate" in "gatekeeping" of our academy.
