Am I understanding his tweet correctly? He answered a call from a techcrunch reporter and told them 7m ARR off the top of his head but it was actually 6.3m? That doesn’t seem like a big lie to me and more like a reasonable ballpark estimate?
Also would anyone care if they were not running out of money? I feel like there are a lot of startup founders who lie all the time. They lie to future employees about the company’s financials and such things regularly. And even with investors, they are often stretching the truth to the point where it really is just a lie.
