I built NervOS to safely run AI agent code inside a Firecracker microVM instead of directly on the host machine.

It boots a lightweight Alpine VM and provides tools like Python, bash, curl and git for the agent to use. If something goes wrong, the VM can be destroyed and the host remains untouched.

Currently experimenting with using it alongside MCP for local agents.
