I've been wanting a "Football Manager for music" for years - deep management sim where you run a band, not just pick songs. Nothing like it existed, so I built one.

You start with a broke, unknown band. Hire musicians, rehearse songs, book gigs at empty bars, record demos in cheap studios, manage finances, tour other cities. Every decision has tradeoffs — push too hard and your band burns out, play it safe and you never break through.

There's a live competitive season running with leagues and promotion/relegation. It's completely free, no ads, no microtransactions — this is a passion project, not a business.
