I built Ivy because, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, the 'Internet Tax' is real. Most AI tutors are reactive—they wait for you. Ivy is proactive; she actually initiates outbound voice calls to check on you if you miss a session.

IIAL Engine: Quizzes and flashcards render as interactive widgets inside the chat (no menus).

Edge-Inference: Runs 100% offline on a $120 smartphone (tested in Airplane Mode).

The Goal: Providing high-fidelity tutoring to the 35 Million students in Ethiopia who face frequent connectivity blackouts.
