I am working on a free open source non-profit edtech streaming platform. I was wondering, are there organisations(gov/non-gov) across the world that provide unconstrained free web hosting or cloud services to global open source web-apps that are free and non-profit?

None exist, really. You can host static content for free/cheap but streaming data (god forbid video) is probably the most expensive thing you can do on the internet.

Email the Cloudflare folks and see what they might have on offer. Might say no, might offer something with reasonable limits. Asking is free. Even if they can’t offer it for free, they might have some comment on how to optimize to keep costs minimal for serving these bits from CDN infra.
