Show HN: Git Trophy – 3D print your GitHub contribution graph

https://git-trophy.com/
1•Lukabuz•1h ago
Hi everyone. I am Luka, the founder of Git Trophy.

It's just a quick project I put togheter after I got into 3D printing and printed one of these for my own. I remember a while back github skyline was a website that got really popular, and as someone that has a lot of pride in their contribution graph I always wanted to print it. Back then I saw that all of the print-on-demand services were not very easy to work with and expensive.

So I figured I would try my hand at my first project where I sell things in the physical world. I just launched it a few days ago and my only customer is a friend of mine, so I would appreciate any feedback that you may have!

Also, if you have a 3d printer and want to make one yourself, check out the github/gh-skyline extension for the Github CLI. It generates an STL file that you can print. Granted, it does not separate the base and the towers(so that you can print them in different colors), but you can do that in any slicer program very easily(I can post a guide on how to do it in Bambu Studio if anyone is interested)
