Mass media is staunchly anti-AI. I'm betting that inside The Guardian, they're heavily using AI to help them research and write articles. But publicly. they're anti-AI.

Maybe.
I'd say AI makes a lot more sense at the Guardian than it does Amazon.
If AI at the Guardian gets a few facts wrong, no big deal. Most readers probably won't notice.
So better luck next time.
But if AI at Amazon gets a few facts wrong, millions of customers can be directly impacted. And this is hard not to notice.
It doesn't take much noticing before customers start going elsewhere.

You can ask AI to verify your changes too.
AI shouldn’t just be used to speed up coding. It can improve quality through testing too.
Amazon had outages caused by humans in the past.

Amazon had outages caused by humans in the past.
Everyone has had outages. The question is --- are they increasing or decreasing with the use of AI?
