I’m building Chanchito, a simple app that helps people organize their finances in 30 days.
In many countries in Latin America, people don’t really use budgeting apps. Most people track expenses in WhatsApp chats, spreadsheets, notes, or just try to remember where their money went.
The idea behind Chanchito is to make this easier. The focus is not complicated financial planning, but simply helping people understand their money within a month.
You can log income and expenses quickly, organize categories like savings, debt or services, and build a clear view of your monthly finances. You can also register transactions conversationally, including through WhatsApp.
It’s currently available for users across Latin America and I’m starting with Spanish-speaking users.
I’d really appreciate feedback from the HN community, especially from people building products for emerging markets.
