Targeting food and water supplies is prohibited under International Humanitarian Law, primarily governed by Article 54 of Additional Protocol I (1977) and Article 55 of the Fourth Geneva Convention. These laws prohibit starving civilians, attacking items essential for survival, and require occupying powers to ensure adequate supplies.

If anyone cares about war crimes. Does anyone care or should we just get rid of international law if nobody recognizes or adheres to it?
