Mutate is a native Mac menu bar utility. It works in any window and it aims not interfere with your workflow. It is triggered with a shortcut and offers two concepts: transformations to transform selected text and generators, to generate text at cursor position. Both are defined in Javascript and besides existing ones users can define their own.

I built this because similar utilities feel quite bloated with a steep learning curve. Also didn't need anything super complicated, nor didn't want to pay.
