"People cover themselves from the heat with umbrellas" with a third of the people not wearing hats nor using umbrellas, that's a funny, mainly from the feeble attempt at straw-grasping. For reference in 91F in LA, literally perfect weather but the NWS is trying to scare people for political reasons. When there is a real disaster nobody will believe the NWS cause they cried wolf so many times. My guess is these reports, much like these articles are some form of automated slop.
