The official CAASPP web site allows you to select a district or school and get a chart, but it doesn't allow you to: - get multiple charts at a time, or - look at cohorts of students over time

This second thing is important because if you, say, look at 'grade 5' performance over time, each year you're looking at a different mix of students, and the mix likely has as much impact as changes in instruction or whatever.

So I downloaded the 'research files' and made the tool I wished existed.
