I’ve been experimenting with how we interact with AI conversations.
Most AI tools today treat conversations as linear threads, but when exploring ideas we usually branch, compare perspectives, and revisit earlier insights.
So during some personal weekend hacking I built ThoughtRAIL — a workspace for non-linear AI conversations.
A few things it allows:
• Bring your own AI providers (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Groq, etc.)
• Ask the same question across different models
• Get a Second Opinion from another AI
• Use Golden Eye to synthesize responses
• Branch conversations without losing context
• Pin key insights while exploring ideas
It’s still an early experiment, but I’m curious whether tools like this could help people explore AI responses in a more structured way.
Would love feedback from the HN community.
