Hi all, as a small business(es) man, it was nightmarish for me to keep-up with emails - follow-ups, invoices, replies - because things got buried quickly with new incoming messages across several inboxes.
It got worse with multiple projects. Traditional inboxes shows whats recent, not whats important; it wasn't telling me what I am missing. So critical topics were getting buried with noise. To make matters worse, I was managing gmail and zoho workspaces.
I decided to make things better and created Rocknell. Rocknell connects multiple inboxes and turns them into a Smart Queue that answers one question - what needs my attention now?
Instead of just showing emails, it - surfaces conversations that are waiting on you (replies, follow-ups, unpaid invoices, etc.) - keeps track of threads even if they’re old but still unresolved - syncs and cenralizes all contacts across inboxes into one workspace - lets teams access shared contacts (without exposing private emails) - organizes everything by workspace (useful for me to juggle different project contexts)
Your emails stay private, but the synced contacts become usable across your team (if you want to). I’ve been using it internally for a month now and it’s been good to me;
also made a product decision that it should be simple enough to bring your inbox(es), plug it in, derive intelligence out of it, work on it, and unplug whenever you want. So, not touching any deletions in your emails and your emails stay intact in your inbox.
