I built a small tool that connects European Banks to self-hosted Actual Budget via Open Banking OAuth (PSD2, read-only). It runs as a Docker container with no external dependencies and no data leaving your machine.

The source is MIT + Commons Clause on GitHub. Packaged version is 29 EUR one-time.
