Interesting approach — conversational UI for forms is one of the paths forward. Curious about a tradeoff: do you find that chat-style forms increase completion for short forms but actually slow users down on long ones (15+ fields)? In my experience, users want to dump all their info at once rather than answer one question at a time when there are many fields. Different approaches probably work for different form lengths.
