Tall person here, not going to reveal my exact height but let me add a few comments for those who think being tall is really good.
1. More strain on the heart...you need to pump harder to get good circulation... In fact many tall people are at increased risk for heart injury.
2. Cost is everywhere. Nothing is your size, meaning you have to go to stores that sell for tall or fat people which because its a niche it will cost more. Being taller might put more pressure on your spine?(unsure of this) but the biggest cost is travel. If you can't fit in a car or standard plane seat then get ready to fork out extra.
3. Leg pain anytime you have to cram yourself into normal sized vehicles. If the vehicle ceiling isn't tall then you have to literally bend your neck and head.

Five foot 8 here. Airplane seats are just barely tolerable. I can't imagine being 6+ feet and trying to fit into them. (Um, when I fly, I fly coach. Maybe if I were 6 feet I'd be successful enough to upgrade? Or maybe I'd fly in a better class, look more successful, but be more broke.)
