I just launched BarterBanner (https://barterbanner.com).

The problem: Indie developers can't afford \$500/mo ad budgets. The solution: Websites exchange banner slots. Everyone gets traffic, nobody pays.

I'm building this because: - In 2011 I had this idea but couldn't code - Today I'm a professional dev, finally building it
