I put together a tiny, manually curated sample of jobs from YC companies (not a full list yet) and turned it into something simple where each role gets upvoted and ranked in real time.

The idea is to see if you can extract actual signal from jobs, because right now job boards feel like noise and everything looks the same.

You can vote on salary/hype/clarity and see results, top rated...
