I like the idea, like someone to talk it over with. Issue is people probably want to know that the questions they are asking dont get seen.

Totally fair concern — and honestly the main blocker for most people actually using tools like this.

For EqualDocs, questions and contracts are treated as confidential data, not training data: encrypted in transit and at rest, not used to train public models, and we’re rolling out a local / private deployment option for teams that want everything to stay in their own environment.

So the goal is exactly what you said: it should feel like “someone to talk it over with,” without feeling like anyone else is looking over your shoulder.
