We kept hearing the same complaint from account managers: they were spending hours every week building client updates. Most of the source material already existed. The hard part was pulling it together from docs, Slack threads, screenshots, transcripts, and project tools and turning it into something they're proud enough to send.
We found that ChatGPT and Claude helped with analysis, but then you're back to a plain Google Doc or an email chain waiting for replies.
So we built Fonic.
It pulls the material together, uses AI to structure it, and generates an interactive report or page you can share with a link. People can ask questions, leave comments, and respond to action items inside the report.
Under the hood it’s mostly Claude and Vercel’s AI SDK. The interesting part for us has been the workflow around assembling context and making the result feel more useful than either a plain doc or an AI chat.
We'd love to answer any questions and get your feedback!
