This is why it’s not worth your time breaking your neck, sacrificing time with family and loved ones, and putting your health at risk to try and climb the corporate ladder. You can work every waking hour, kiss every ass, and one day they’re like ‘we need to axe 20% of staff for some bullshit’ and you’re gone.
